Hello MacKid Evans :)
It's MARCH and welcome to Family FITNESS month! I've always heard the month of March called "March Madness". I've never really been sure why March was so supposed to be so much more "maddening" than any other month. Maybe it's because of daylight savings time. Or possibly because it's the merger between the end of winter and the beginning of spring. But at any case we are claiming March as the month to get your family's health, home, and happiness back in order for 2017. So in this week's newsletter it's all about your family's nutrition, health, and wellness.
Every week throughout this month will all be leading up to our 1st Macaroni Kid Family Health & Fitness Day. To be held on March 19th 2017 from 4:30pm-6:00pm at Burn Boot Camp of Evans. I hope to see all our MK subscriber families there. And please invite your friends to come too. The event is totally FREE! And along with the AWESOME family workouts with the Burn Boot Camp team. We will also have local farmers, and information on family health and nutrition. And of course a couple more FUN secrets to share . So mark your calendars from NOW!
